Jurgen Klopp returns to Borussia Dortmund as manager for the first time since the end of the 2014/15 season as Liverpool gear up for their Europa League semi-final first leg on Thursday.
The Reds knocked out Manchester United in the previous round, but now face a club close to Klopp's heart and one who ousted Premier League opposition in the last round when they beat Tottenham 5-1 on aggregate in the quarter-finals.
Klopp won consecutive Bundesliga titles in 2010/11 and 2011/12 with Dortmund, before reaching the 2013 Champions League final, where his side lost to Bayern Munich, and deserves a "warm welcome," according to successor Thomas Tuchel.
Liverpool forward Roberto Firmino has travelled with the squad for the Europa League quarter-final against Borussia Dortmund.
The Brazilian has missed the last two matches, plus two internationals, with a hamstring injury sustained against Manchester United in the last round on March 17.
Striker Christian Benteke is still out with a hamstring problem and midfielder Lucas Leiva is not fit to return but otherwise manager Jurgen Klopp has no other new injury worries ahead of the match against his his former club.
Dortmund, meanwhile, have three players returning from injury, with Sokratis Papastathopoulos, Ilkay Gundogan and Mats Hummels all training on Tuesday. Centre-back Neven Subotic is out for the rest of the season.
